Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 2026-08-11

Cashman Photo Enterprises of Nevada, Inc. ("Cashman Photo," "we," "us," or "our") provides photography, photo viewing, purchasing, and delivery services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through those services.

1. Information we collect

Photographs and related identifiers. Photographs, access codes, order references, and information used to organize, locate, present, sell, and deliver photographs.

Information you provide. Contact information, communications, and materials you submit when requesting notification, access recovery, or support.

Transaction information. Products viewed or purchased, order references, amounts, payment status, refunds, and delivery records.

Technical information. IP addresses, browser and device information, service requests, delivery and download records, and security logs.

We do not require guest accounts. Viewing photographs requires only an Access Code. We do not store complete payment card numbers; payment is processed by our payment provider.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve our services: to organize, present, sell, and deliver photographs; to process transactions; to respond to requests and support needs; to correct photograph associations and investigate reports; to prevent fraud, scraping, and unauthorized access; to maintain transaction, accounting, dispute, and legal records; to enforce our agreements; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Text messaging. If you provide a mobile number to receive a text message from us, we use it to send the message you requested and related service messages only. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are disclosed only to service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

4. Access and retention

Online access and underlying storage are separate. Access may be limited, suspended, restored, or discontinued based on the product, transaction, security, legal, or operational circumstances. The expiration or closure of online access does not mean the underlying photograph or related records have been deleted.

We retain photographs and related information as long as reasonably necessary for service, transaction, support, security, dispute, accounting, legal, and operational purposes. Retention varies by photograph, product, information category, and system. We do not guarantee that photographs remain stored or available for any period.

5. Privacy requests

You may contact us to report a photograph concern or to exercise an applicable privacy right, wherever you are located, through the contacts listed below.

Because there are no guest accounts, we may ask for an access code, order reference, venue, date, or other information reasonably necessary to locate records, verify the request, and protect the rights of others. We may verify, deny, or limit a request as permitted by law. Closing online access is separate from deleting an underlying photograph or record.

6. California privacy rights

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected: identifiers (access codes, IP addresses, and contact information you provide); commercial information (products viewed or purchased and transaction records); internet activity related to use of our services; audio, electronic, and visual information (photographs); and other information you voluntarily provide. We collect this information from guests, photographers, venues, clients, transaction systems, devices used to access our services, and service providers, and we use and disclose it for the purposes described in this Policy.

We have not sold personal information or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Subject to applicable law, California residents may request information about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access to specific personal information; correction of inaccurate personal information; and deletion of certain personal information, without discrimination for exercising these rights.
